Responsibilities
- Lead the testing, analysis, and deployment of new Azure cloud services and features.
- Regularly review dashboards and reports to ensure Cloud Governance controls are enforced; remediate discrepancies as needed.
- Provision and manage Azure subscriptions (and AWS accounts when required), following governance and compliance protocols.
- Provide escalation support, incident resolution, and assist application teams in deploying IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions.
- Implement, manage, and optimize monitoring tools across Azure (primary) and AWS (secondary) environments.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain 24/7 operational integrity.
- 2+ year of hands-on cloud engineering experience (Azure preferred).
- Foundational certification (or higher) in Azure; AWS or GCP certifications are a plus.
- Strong communication skills, able to bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with:
- Azure Governance tools (ARM templates, Azure Policies, Blueprints).
- Infrastructure as Code & configuration management tools (Ansible, Terraform, Puppet, or Chef a plus).
- Git-based source control (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket).
- Containers and container orchestration solutions in the cloud (preferred).
- Hybrid cloud and on-premises integration (preferred).
- Experience with AWS Control Tower is beneficial.
- High attention to detail, adaptability, and strong interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual language skills are required (English/Portuguese).
- Solid proficiency in Azure services, governance, and automation.
- Familiarity with AWS services and architecture is a plus.
- Solid understanding of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS models.
- Proficiency with Linux and/or Windows administration.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a global, multicultural team, or work independently as needed.
