- Develop and Execute Monetization Strategies: Craft and implement comprehensive plans to optimize revenue generation from advertising, considering factors like user experience, retention, and overall business goals.
- Analyze and Optimize Ad Performance: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize ad performance across various channels and platforms. This includes A/B testing, segmentation, and other techniques to improve key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Manage Ad Networks and Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with ad networks, SSPs, and other partners to ensure optimal ad delivery and revenue generation.
- Identify and Explore New Monetization Opportunities: Research and evaluate new ad formats, platforms, and revenue streams to drive growth and innovation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, marketing, and data science teams to integrate monetization features, optimize user experience, and align strategies.
- Stay Updated on Industry Trends: Continuously monitor the latest developments in ad technology, user behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Report and Analyze Results: Prepare regular reports and presentations on ad monetization performance, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience in ad monetization, preferably within a relevant industry (e.g., mobile gaming, online publishing).
- Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights to optimize ad performance.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including technical teams, business leaders, and external partners.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ad serving platforms, ad networks, and relevant tools for tracking and analyzing ad performance.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term monetization strategies aligned with business goals.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve issues related to ad delivery, performance, and user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance or Software Development of equivalent or a related field. MBA Preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in business development
