- Ship Mobile Experiences: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of new features, from writing PRDs and user stories to collaborating with design on high-fidelity prototypes and overseeing successful launches.
- Analyze & Iterate: Monitor product performance through data and user feedback to identify friction points in the family onboarding flow and accessibility features, iterating quickly to improve the experience.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Legal, Policy, and Operations teams to ensure our accessibility portfolio meets evolving global regulations while delivering a best-in-class user experience.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of mobile development lifecycles (iOS/Android) and experience working closely with engineering teams to navigate technical trade-offs.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using data to inform product direction, including experience with A/B testing, SQL, and defining success metrics for user engagement.
- Accessibility Expertise: Familiarity with WCAG 2.1 guidelines and experience building products that prioritize digital inclusion (e.g., screen readers, haptic feedback, or simplified navigation).
- Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to navigate regulatory requirements and align diverse cross-functional teams toward a unified vision.
- Growth Mindset: Experience in "0 to 1" product development or scaling existing features like Family Profiles to drive meaningful business impact.
