The Head of Sales is the business leader responsible for driving revenue for growth advertisers on TikTok. The Head of Sales will develop the go-to-market strategy, prioritize critical marketing narratives, and lead a team of sales leaders to deliver revenue targets. They will also identify the business's needs and allocate appropriate resources to drive sustained growth.Responsibilities:
- Craft overall strategy to deliver on revenue targets and steer the vertical to increased growth potential
- Prioritize sales narratives focused on the needs of non-commerce vertical
- Deep understanding of product to drive enhancements to unlock revenue
- Bring a consultative approach that will align around a Customer First methodology
- Provide thought leadership and mentorship to your team on overall account planning
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of critical vertical market trends and customer opportunities
- Develop and lead a national sales team of people managers and individual contributorsQualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in digital advertising, ad sales, brand marketing, and non-commerce vertical (Finance, Telecom, Autos industries).
- Manage the team of managers, helping them improve and thrive.
- Proficient in English and Portuguese.Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Growth marketing, sales strategies, product catalog, content management, and retail operations
- Expertise in media platforms and digital marketplaces
- Experience managing people managers of varying experience
- Knowledge of agency ecosystem, digital and traditional.
- Ability to foster C-Level executive relationships with a genuine interest in customers' success and recruit and retain top talent.
- A proven penchant for creative problem-solving.
- Proven track record of high-level negotiation and exceeding sales targets.
