  • This role requires a blend of deep Salesforce solution design skills and a consultative approach to presales engagement.
  • The ideal candidate is confident leading discovery sessions, crafting tailored Salesforce-based solutions, and clearly articulating value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in Portuguese and English.
  • Key Responsibilities:Lead client-facing discovery sessions to uncover business needs and technical requirements.
  • Design and present scalable, effective Salesforce solutions that align with client objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor in presales engagements, translating complex concepts into clear, compelling value propositions.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and technical teams to ensure alignment from proposal through delivery.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations to drive trust and credibility.
  • Participate in proposal development and solution scoping.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of presales processes and assets.
  • Requirements:Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong experience in Salesforce solution architecture and/or consulting roles.
  • Proven ability to lead technical discovery and present to executive-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Solid business acumen with a client-first mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across sales and delivery teams.
  • Based in the São Paulo area, with availability to work from our Vila Olímpia office a few days per week.
