- As Global Maintenance Strategy Team Lead, you are responsible to guarantee the reliability of the units, through reliability studies and maintenance strategy review, reducing the breakdowns and costs, increasing the revenue.
- You provide guidance and business rules for strategy standardization to the fleet.
- You develop a Maintenance Strategy and keep it updated taking into account lessons learned from the Fleet.
- You develop and oversee the implementation of maintenance strategies to ensure equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
- You ensure efficient and optimized execution of the maintenance and reliability considering practical, technical and financial constraints.
- You create and enforce maintenance policies and procedures to improve efficiency and safety.
- You support to create, implement, update and monitor the Maintenance System plus the continuous improvement of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- You provide guidance for FCA Analysis.
- You are the garant of the Governance of change requests management.
- You ensure the Maintenance & reliability team has clear objectives.
- You provide support and opportunities for individual and team development.
- You lead and mentor the maintenance team, including strategy engineers and reliability engineers, to align their efforts with organizational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- Experience in maintenance management
- Oil and gas experience (desired)
- Strong knowledge of reliability analysis, Life Cycle Cost (LCC) analysis, and asset management.
