The ideal candidate will drive technical excellence across all phases of product development, ensuring project delivery within scope, budget and timeline constraints.Your experience and qualifications
  • Lead the design and development of new products and technologies for hydraulic systems and modernize existing solutions.
  • Create and analyze hydraulic schematic diagrams using virtual simulation tools such as Automation Studio and AMESim.
  • Diagnose hydraulic and electrical malfunctions across various equipment and propose effective, long-term solutions.
  • Apply engineering and quality tools such as DFMEA, DVPR, 8D reports, and Design Reviews to ensure robust project oversight and collaboration with suppliers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Solid knowledge of Mobil hydraulics, its components and systems.
  • Solid expertise in Project Management, from planning to execution.
  • Experience in tools as should cost, DFMEA, DVP&R, 8D (Failure analysis).
  • Experience in technical drawings and GD&T.
  • Advanced proficiency in English is mandatory.
