You'll support activities and portfolios across Brazil and the South Cone region, working closely with internal teams to streamline operations and drive meaningful improvements.About the Role:
  • Manage the team's shared inbox in Outlook and help route key communications
  • Triage and assign incoming payments using SAP
  • Review and process documents in our Operations system (Claims and Technical Accounting)
  • Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and special projects
  • Prepare reports to track and improve our operational KPIs
  • Keep client bank account records up to date
  • Collaborate with internal teams like Underwriting, Business Services, Claims Management, and Finance

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Actuarial Sciences, Finance, Accounting, Insurance, International Relations, or related fields. Graduation in 2027 or after.
  • Quick learner with a growth mindset
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating digital tools and platforms (Excel, Outlook, Word, Power Point, SAP, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • A team player who takes ownership and shows accountability
  • Self-starter with initiative-someone who doesn't wait to be told what to do, but actively looks for ways to contribute
  • Open to feedback and able to work flexibly in collaborative and virtual environments
  • High Intermediate / Advanced English proficiency highly desired
  • Intermediate Spanish desired
