These gatherings have been running successfully for over two years, offering a cozy, high-touch experience for 10-20 guests per dinner. The format is well-established, with finely tuned processes that require high attention to detail and precision in execution.You’ll lead a team of 5 specialists responsible for guest outreach and dinner logistics. Your role is not about reinventing the wheel - it's about keeping the wheel turning flawlessly. ✅ Is that you?

You have proven experience in people and operations management
You are highly detail-oriented and process-focused
You’re comfortable managing repetitive processes without the need for creative reinvention
You understand what it takes to support high-level executives and deliver premium experiences
You’re flexible to support U.S. time zones for events (evening and occasional weekends)
You can provide clear and structured updates to upper-level stakeholders
Valid U.S. visa (not required in Chile)

Desirable:

Experience organizing high-end business events or working in executive support functions
Background in B2B or tech-oriented projects is a plus
Experience in hospitality, event logistics, or project coordination
Understanding of service excellence and guest experience principles
Proficiency with event tools (e.g., Cvent, Eventbrite, or vFairs)

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

Lead a team of 5 event coordinators, ensuring task clarity, balanced workloads, and accountability
Supervise the daily operations: guest research, outreach, RSVPs, and logistics for each dinner
Lead and manage logistics for 4–6 monthly CTO-level dinners and marketing events
Ensure all events are executed according to the established process with zero deviation in quality
Handle team training, motivation, and performance reviews
Collaborate with your manager to resolve challenges and escalate issues when needed
Maintain visibility into task completion and report results to higher management
Ensure smooth coordination across multiple time zones, primarily U.S.
Be available for flexible hours during key dinners or urgent preparations
Support the planning and delivery of webinars and virtual events
