- This role is key to driving internal efficiency, strengthening data integrity, and enhancing cross-departmental collaboration.
- You'll act as a strategic enabler and systems observer, ensuring that our CRM/PRM tools are used effectively to generate insights and support long-term planning.

- Key Responsibilities: Strategic Intelligence & PRM/CRM Oversight Monitor CRM/PRM data to detect gaps in client engagement history.
- Follow up with Sales Directors and team members to ensure accurate data logging.
- Analyze CRM/PRM data to identify trends, support reporting, and generate strategic insights.
- Cross-Functional Process Understanding Map and document workflows across departments.
- Observe meetings and shadow teams to identify silos and inefficiencies.
- Recommend improvements to drive clarity, redundancy, or cross-training.
- Strategic Support & Insights Support leadership with initiatives like client segmentation, performance reviews, and market analysis.
- Extract and present data for strategic decision-making.
- Maintain a log of observations, bottlenecks, and actionable suggestions.
- Documentation & Reporting Keep SOPs and internal process documents up-to-date.
- Deliver recurring summaries with data quality status, key insights, and recommendations.
- Contribute to quarterly presentations and strategic overviews.
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, sales operations, or internal consulting.
- Fluent in English Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills-especially with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to navigate cross-functional environments and competing priorities.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; BI tools a plus.
