- Youll be a key player in designing and delivering initiatives that foster engagement, purpose, connection, and well-being ensuring that our people thrive and feel valued throughout their experience with us.
- Key Responsibilities: Design and implement programs to enhance employee experience across the full lifecycle.
- Drive engagement strategies aligned with our values and business goals, including surveys, action plans, and pulse checks.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams (People, Internal Comms, Workplace) to deliver high impact moments that matter.
- Lead initiatives related to culture, well being, recognition, belonging, and team connection both virtual and in person.
- Support managers and leaders with tools, content, and guidance to strengthen team experience and feedback culture.
- Analyze employee feedback and experience data, identify trends, and recommend improvements.
- Coordinate internal events and activations that foster community and employee pride.
- Champion a consistent and inclusive employee voice throughout communications and initiatives.
- Act as an ambassador of the employee perspective in projects and changes affecting teams.
- Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Psychology, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 6+ years of experience in employee experience, culture, engagement, internal communications, or HR-related functions.
- Prior experience in fast-growing tech companies or digital-first environments is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills both written and verbal.
- High level of empathy, creativity, and ability to connect with diverse employee audiences.
- Experience with engagement surveys, journey mapping, and experience design.
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and execution.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapt to change, and influence across teams.
- Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with engagement and survey tools.
- Background in employer branding, people experience, engagement.
- People analytics skills.
- Design thinking mindset and ability to co create experiences with stakeholders.
