- Implement effective marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics such as website traffic, social media engagement, customer satisfaction surveys, etc., to measure success.
- Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding best practices related to digital marketing tactics.
- Collaborate with external agencies to create compelling content and promotional materials.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including resource allocation, budget tracking, project scheduling, and personnel management.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and operational activities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent field.
- Proven track record of successfully launching new products/services within the industry.
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing strategies that drive results.
- Strong analytical capabilities coupled with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with SEO/SEM techniques, email marketing platforms, social media platforms, and other online tools.
- Experience working with international clients and vendors would be beneficial.
- Fluent Spanish and English language proficiency essential; additional languages desirable.
