- KeyResponsibilities:Environmental,Sustainability&InnovationLeadership- DevelopandimplementtheSouthAmericaEnvironmentalStrategyinlinewithcorporategoalsandregulatoryframeworks.
- - Leaddecarbonization,energytransition,waterconservation,biodiversity,andzero-wasteinitiatives.
- - Championinnovationinenvironmentaltechnologies,digitalmonitoringtools,andpredictiveanalyticstoanticipateenvironmentalrisks.
- - Partnerwithsupplychainandoperationstostrengthensustainablesourcingandcirculareconomypractices.
- SupportESGreporting,transparency,andtraceabilityrelatedtoenvironmentalimpacts.
- OccupationalHealth&Well-being- Leadthedevelopmentandexecutionofoccupationalhealthprograms,includingpreventivehealthcampaigns,fitness-for-dutyprograms,andpsychologicalsafety.
- - CollaboratewithHRandmedicalteamstomonitorhealthKPIsandreducework-relatedillnesses.
- - Integratehealthdatawithdigitalplatformstoimprovevisibilityandresponsivenesstohealthrisks.
- - Promoteacultureofwell-beingandresilienceinhigh-riskandhigh-performanceenvironments.
- SafetyCulture&RiskPrevention- Fosteraproactivesafetycultureatalllevelsoftheorganization.
- - Overseesafetyprogramsrelatedtobehavior-basedsafety(BBS),ergonomics,chemicalsafety,confinedspaces,andemergencyresponse.
- - EnsureadherencetoOSHA,ISO45001,ISO14001,andnationalsafetystandards.
- - UtilizedataandAItoolsforriskforecastingandpreventionplanning.
- - Monitorsafetyperformanceandleadincidentinvestigationsandrootcauseanalyses.
- ContractorManagement&OperationalExcellence- Leadarobustcontractorsafetymanagementprogramwithclearperformancemetricsandcompliancecontrols.
- - Alignthirdpartysafetyperformancewithinternalstandardsthroughaudits,prequalification,andcontinuousengagement.
- - Ensureriskassessmentsandsafeworkpermitsareconsistentlyapplied.
- Digitalization&ManagementControlSystems- DeployManagementControlSystems(MCS)toensurevisibilityandaccountabilityinEHSperformance.
- - ChampionthedigitalizationofEHSprocessesusingdashboards,mobiletools,andreal-timeanalytics.
- - Implementcontinuousimprovementframeworks(PDCA,SixSigma,Kaizen)forEHSexcellence.
- - DrivestandardizationandgovernanceofEHSpoliciesacrossallregionaloperations.

- Qualifications&Requirements:- Available to relocate to São Paulo/SP or Uberlândia/MG- Available for frequent travel- Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineeringorrelatedfield.
- PostgraduateorMBApreferred.
- - LeadershipexperienceinEHSroleswithincomplex,multinationalenvironments.
- - ExpertiseinLatinAmericanregulationsandinternationalEHSstandards(OSHA,ISO14001,ISO45001,ESGframeworks).
