Guided by the vision of “smart and sustainable solutions beyond rubber,” the group sector draws on its long-standing knowledge of the industry and materials to open up new business opportunities by combining various materials with electronic components and individual services.Job DescriptionThe Maintenance Programmer will work alongside the maintenance leadership and maintenance technicians in planning maintenance, providing technical assistance in problem-solving, failure analysis, spare parts management, and improvements aimed reducing costs and downtime.
  • Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • Create preventive and predictive plans for machines. Improvement of the plans when necessary.
  • Define needs of spare parts and Manage rotating inventory.
  • Coordinate activities with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
  • Analyze maintenance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Troubleshoot failures, identifying root causes and implementing solutions. Developing the reliability of the equipment's.
  • Prepare performance and maintenance reports.
  • Optimize costs and reduce downtime.
  • Creation of the maintenance instructions and standards.
  • Maintain updated records.
Qualifications
  • University degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • Experience in Maintenance Management Systems, SAP PM and TPM.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
