
Contract Manager

- Will be the primary point of contact of the assigned customers for Operational, Technical, and Maintenance-related activities.
- Timely and accurate reaction to assigned contractual customer requisitions and service/spare parts requests.
- Coordination with Field Service or external subcontractors for scheduled maintenance, visits, or other unplanned activities.
- Assist customers to prepare for scheduled maintenance with support from local Contract Center.
- Communicate the maintenance progress with the customer and internally. Apply project management skills to manage the jobs.
- Primary contact with customers and resources on board during job execution by supporting with technical and contractual clarification as needed
- Review and approve the costs posted in the agreements for each service order and prepare the invoicing in coordination with the Agreement Manager.
- Proper record-keeping of activities and contractual requirements, like maintenance status reports, daily reports, monthly reports, etc.
- Perform other Agreement management-related activities according to Wartsila's obligations
- Make Estimo management
- Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures
- Customer liaison
- Financial follow-up of the agreements
- Responsible for the delivery of the contractual obligation
- Bachelor's degree in engineering completed (Mechanical or Electrical Engineer is a plus)
- Portuguese is mandatory
- Advanced English (written and spoken)
- Spanish (is a plus)
- Experience in shipping
- Project Management experience/knowledge will be considered as an advantage.
- Experience with budget management
- Knowledge of SAP and CRM (Salesforce)
- Communication
