All positions are CLT.You can learn more about InComm Payments by visiting our or connecting with us on , , , , or .About This OpportunityAs a Tech Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting Ecommerce operations team in aggressive Agile environments and delivering high production support.
Responsibilities
  • Monitor, investigate, and resolve production issues and incidents in a timely manner.
  • Analyze application and database performance; Able to write SQL queries and troubleshoot SQL code and database queries.
  • Perform root cause analysis and provide suggestions for long-term fixes for recurring issues.
  • Work closely with developers, DBAs, and QA teams to deploy application updates and patches to production environment.
  • Document production release and submit changes for approval in service now.
  • Create and maintain scripts for automation for server reboots, server /service restarts.
  • Participate in rotational 24x7 on-call 3rd/4th level support
  • Ability to effectively communicate with other team members Maintain documentation for support processes, incident handling, and configurations.
  • Support and maintain projects developed by the team; and assist in production deployment and outages.
  • Configure, deploy, debug, monitor, and document new system features and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with business professionals to determine functional and non-functional requirements for up coming new projects to production
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field required.
  • 5+ years of experience in production environment support
  • 3+ Years of Linux, SQL and Mysql.
  • 3+ Years of experience with splunk log search and writing splunk queries.
  • 3+ Years of experience with Azure Virtual machines, app services, load balancers.
  • Hands-on experience deploying and managing scalable applications in Microsoft Azure.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Excellent organizational skills, self-administration, attention to detail, multi-tasking, and effective prioritization
  • Experience on Java ecosystem is a plus
  • Mysql and SQL Database experience.
  • Experince with magento, camunda bpm is plus.
  • Experience with orchestration tools like Ansible and Terraform.
