- Lead carrier management and network optimization strategies, including capacity planning and performance tracking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and 3P Carriers
- Manage carrier share distribution and analyze network impact across regions
- Develop and implement loss reduction strategies, particularly focusing on DNR and package return management
- Drive peak season readiness initiatives and process improvements
- Create comprehensive analytics solutions and dashboards for performance tracking
- Establish effective communication protocols with carriers and internal teams
- Support the launch of new programs such as Direct Fulfillment, Heavy and Bulk, Vendor Flex, etc
- Conduct multi-regional analysis of carrier performance and network efficiency
- Lead strategic initiatives through cross-organizational influence
- Optimize cost efficiency while maintaining service quality standardsA day in the life
Network Performance Monitoring & Analysis:
- Monitor daily network performance metrics
- Analyze carrier capacity utilization
- Identify network bottlenecks
- Deep dive into performance anomalies
Strategic Projects & Optimization
- Develop network optimization models

Stakeholder Collaboration
- Daily stand-ups with Carrier Managers

- Carrier Managers - collaborate on WBRs, MBRs and carriers' performance discussions
- Network Loss and Loss Prevention Teams - Collaborate on loss/damage reduction strategies, DNR investigations, Charge Back, etc
- Transportation Operations - Daily alignment on carrier performance and operational issues
- S&OP Team to discuss forecast and capacity
- Business teams to new programs implementation
- Last Mile Operations - Coordinate on delivery experience improvements
- Finance Team - Regular reviews of cost performance and budget alignment
- Customer Service - Address escalated delivery issues and pattern recognition
- Regional Operations Teams - Support local transportation needs and challenges
- 3P Carriers - Regular performance reviews and improvement discussions
- Carrier Operations Teams - Daily operational alignment and issue resolution
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degreePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience defining and executing program requirements
