- +5 years of relevant experience analyzing and building insights from customer experience and sales growth through data analytics or digital strategy.
- Previous experience in digital commerce, Retail media, Social platforms or marketplace sales.
- Experience managing external and internal partners, collecting and presenting data results to support negotiation of programs and business projects from analyzing, to implementation, reporting and optimization.
- Strong problem solving skills to identify critical issues and opportunities, evaluate options and provide clear recommendations for sales growth.
- Analytical ability to transform key performance indicators (KPI) into actionable insights.
- Proven understanding of eCommerce purchase funnel and CX data (Click through rate, Page views, Conversion rate, Abandoned cart).
