- Create and implement localized business development plans that align with regional goals.
- Spot growth opportunities and tailor the company’s value proposition to suit partner requirements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Compliance, and Marketing to develop and roll out targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Establish and sustain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies for partner acquisition, onboarding, activation, and retention, including referral programs and training sessions.
- Keep CRM data accurate and up-to-date, and prepare weekly reports on performance.
- Regularly communicate results, potential risks, and forecasts to regional leadership.
- Native or fluent Portuguese speaker (C1 level) with strong written and spoken communication skills; also proficient in English (B2 level).
- At least two years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in digital finance, technology, or related sectors.
- Demonstrated experience managing partner networks, affiliates, or commercial relationships in emerging markets.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on metrics and process optimization.
