- Create a connection between Corporate Marketing Team, commercial team, bottlers, agencies, and partners to ensure program alignment, resource availability, and lead Annual Business Plan using category, consumer, shopper, and retailer specific market insighst by identifying areas of opportunity, translating national brand strategies, marketing plans and insights into actionable marketing plans & sales strategies for each sales region and channel with proper budget control.
- Talent & Sponsorships Management // Cultural Integration & Relationship Building: Embed the brand within local sports, gaming, music, and lifestyle scenes by developing strong relationships with key.
- Brand Activation & Innovation: Leverage global, national, and regional brand properties and events while capturing on-the-ground insights to develop innovative, locally relevant marketing ideas.
- Branding & Visual Identity: Lead in store shopper activations and Ensure consistent and approved use of branding and logos across all events, activations, and campaigns, maintaining alignment with global brand guidelines.
- College Program & Sampling : Manage MAT (Ambassadors Team) and implement large-scale sampling operations to drive trial, brand visibility, and engagement of core target.
- Coordinate consumer promotions implementation timely managing Full process (planning, agency management, T&Cs, prizes, fulfillment Monster/LPI creative process, printing etc.) and reporting out post-promotional performance delivering acƟonable conclusions to opƟmize future programs with respect to KPIs and ROI.
- Digital & Social Media Engagement: Support brand presence and growth on paid media platforms through content creation, athlete and ambassador collaborations, and strategic promotions in partnership with the Digital team.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Marketing within top-tier CPG companies (beverages preferred).
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 10 years of experience in Proven leadership in cross-functional teams.
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft tools with proven advanced knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Requires an experienced marketer with solid consumer brand management as well as solid executional experience in shopper/channel marketing programs, PR (Public Relations).
