Manufacturing Supervisor - Goiana/PEWhat you’ll do:
  • Supervise daily operational activities to ensure maximum efficiency, reliability, timeliness, and cost-effectiveness, while identifying opportunities to streamline procedures and meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement schedules, allocate resources effectively, and optimize operational functions to align with company targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate team performance to ensure goals are met, promoting effective resource utilization and continuous improvement.
What is required:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required, preferably with a focus on Automation, Mechatronics, or related technical disciplines.
  • Solid knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts and tools, with hands-on experience in smart manufacturing, digital integration, or advanced industrial systems.
  • Fluency in English is essential, as the role involves frequent interaction with global teams and technical documentation in an international environment.
