- Own and manage the marketing automation platform (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), ensuring it meets the needs of campaign execution and lead nurturing.
- Support system integrations across CRM, automation tools, and analytics platforms to ensure seamless data flow.
- Implement and maintain MarTech tools for scalable campaign execution and reporting.
- Partner with Growth/Brand MKT teams to provide automation and routing support for campaigns, organic always-on channels and events.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, including hygiene, enrichment, segmentation, and regulatory compliance (e.g., LGPD, GDPR, CCPA).
- Own marketing data governance practices and work cross-functionally to ensure completeness and integrity of lead/account data.
- Build and manage campaign workflows, lead routing rules, and processes to support GTM initiatives and field marketing programs.
- Partner with the Growth team to support list management, RSVP tracking, and post-event follow-up workflows.
- Provide infrastructure for consistent campaign delivery, including email, website lead forms, and webinar/event support.
- Set up and maintain reporting frameworks for marketing campaign performance, attribution, and ROI.
- Provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and insights that inform optimization decisions.
- Support A/B testing and optimization processes through data tracking and results analysis.
- Collaborate with Brand and Comms to define and track relevant KPIs, helping translate brand awareness and thought leadership efforts into pipeline metrics and business impact.
- Create and maintain documentation and training for MarTech tools and processes.
- Provide enablement for marketers to ensure they can independently operate within systems while adhering to best practices.
- Growth Marketing: To support campaign execution, lead nurturing flows, and integrated marketing activities.
- Brand & Communications: To provide visibility into how brand, thought leadership, and awareness initiatives contribute to the pipeline.
- Sales & RevOps: To align on lead routing, qualification, and pipeline visibility.
- Data & Analytics: For reporting standardization and dashboard creation.
- Creative & Content Teams: To support delivery of content through the right platforms and formats.
- Experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or marketing technology roles.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, GA4).
- Deep understanding of lead lifecycle, data management, and campaign workflows.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-first mindset.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- English skill (We are testing!)
- Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing (ABM) or integrated marketing workflows and tech stack.
- Certifications in marketing automation platforms or Salesforce are a plus.
