- Recruit, onboard, and manage influencers and affiliates
- Build and maintain strong creator relationships
- Track performance, commissions, and ROI
- Develop scalable affiliate strategies
- Coordinate gifting, contracts, and campaign timelines
- Identify new growth opportunities within influencer and affiliate channels
- Proven experience managing influencer and/or affiliate programs
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Performance-oriented mindset
- Experience working with consumer or DTC brands
- Highly organised and proactive
