- Who you areBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Pharmacy, or Chemistry.
- Experience in laboratory products, preferably within the Lab Water Solutions business.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing successful sales teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic initiatives.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Results-oriented and self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer success.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
