Job Description:Job Title: Securities Services Operations OperatorCorporate Title: AnalystLocation: São Paulo, BrazilOverviewAs operator of Securities Services Operations, you will be part of Corporate Bank Operations, Americas Branch. You will be responsible for the completion of day-to-day activity of custody, settlement and asset services as per standards and ensure accurate and timely delivery of assigned production duties. Ensuring adherence to all cut-off times and quality of processing as maintained in SLAs, you will make sure all first level escalations related to routine activities are responded to within the time frames pre-specified.What We Offer You

What You’ll Do
  • Daily Reconciliations & Quality Assurance activities
  • Incident Reporting & Escalation
  • Act on Incidents/Problem Management/CTB initiatives / BoW (Regulatory, Audit, Essential Maintenance and Discretionary), participating from business requirements stage until UAT Testing and rollout to Production Environment
Skills You’ll Need
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Proven experience in banking operational areas
  • Excellent English language proficiency (written/verbal)
  • Advanced knowledge with Microsoft Excel
  • PQO Back Office

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills, flexible regarding production problem solving
  • Open minded, able to share information, knowledge and expertise with peers & team members
