Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll doThe Partners Operations Analyst - Direct Sales Deal Operations will be the first team member to establish Sales Deal Operations. Candidates will be responsible for working Direct deals, growing the business and working closely with Sales and the Customer. This will be achieved by processing Direct deals, becoming the subject matter expert on all processes related to Opportunity Management and Quoting, closing and winning of deals. Examples of activities include sales enablement, quoting, order form/purchase order management, and working cross functionally with various customerThis position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Manager, Channel Deal Operations.ResponsibilityPerform opportunity management and create/manage QuotesWork cross functionally with Sales, Operations, Revenue Operations, and the CustomerSupport Docusign Sales reps with back office activities, becoming the subject matter expert on the processes to close dealsObtain proper approvals for quotes and ensure information is transmitted correctly to associated partiesEnsure Order Form is correct and submitted to Customers, and steward this process from beginning to end, ensuring timely handoffs and performing timely operational proceduresSupport Sales in ensuring the opportunities are maintained correctly and quotes are performed accurately and timely. Strive to ensure Opportunities have correct and strictly accurate data qualityProvide enablement and training to Sales regarding processes to increase Sales’ understanding of Docusign’s processesHelp drive quicker and tighter deal time by reducing errors and inconsistencies within various touchpoints of the processBe part of the larger Deal Operations organization. Work with customers as neededWork within10am -7pm (Sao Paulo). This may shift per business needs + Daylight SavingsJob DesignationHybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)Positions at Docusign are assigned a job designation of either In Office, Hybrid or Remote and are specific to the role/job.   • 2+ years experience in sales back office roles - quoting, order processing, deal desk
  • Fluent English, both verbal and written
  • Salesforce experience
  • Quoting experience
  • Experience with the basics of Opportunities Quotes and the sales/operational cycles around them
  • Experience with opportunity management
Preferred
  • Apttus/CPQ/Various quoters + Order form + Purchase Order experience
  • Understanding of the overall sales cycle and process. Direct and channel
  • 2+ years of experience working with Opportunities and Quotes
  • Have a learning attitude, willing to adjust and be adaptable. Processes and priorities change
  • Experience with Opportunities Quotes in a channel setting (Resell/Distribution etc)
