- Develop and execute a comprehensive user growth strategy, covering the entire user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, and re-engagement), to ensure key growth metrics are met;
- Drive decisions with data by analyzing user behavior, building and optimizing growth models, and continuously iterating on growth initiatives through A/B testing and other methods;
- Plan and manage online and offline marketing campaigns and activities to boost user engagement and brand awareness;
- Collaborate across functions with product, engineering, marketing, and data teams to ensure the efficient launch of growth projects;
- Provide user insights by staying on top of industry trends and competitor dynamics to better understand user needs and inform product and operational strategies.
- 5+ years of experience in internet product user growth or operations, with a proven track record of successful user growth cases;
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in tools like SQL or Python for data extraction and analysis. You should be able to independently create data reports and growth models;
- Exceptional business acumen and a unique perspective on user growth, with a deep understanding of internet business models;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively drive multi-party projects and cooperation;
- A strong sense of ownership and self-motivation. You are passionate about challenges, accountable for results, and a fast learner.
