
Service Delivery Specialist (Infrastructures)

- Act as primary point of contact with the clients and the CTC Delivery Squad;
- Help to define scope, objectives and deliverables;
- Manage expectations and ensure satisfaction;
- Engage with stakeholders and manage reporting;
- Develop plans and manage deadlines;
- Manage priorities, workload, capacity, and squad members allocation for each project;
- Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them;
- Follow-up financial proposals to internal customers;
- Track real costs versus recovered budget;
- Track SLA & KPI dashboard;
- Ensure quality standards;
- Improve processes and documentation.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering or related;
- Advanced English;
- Solid experience in IT Service / Delivery Management / Project Management with mixed agile Scrum/Kanban portfolios;
- Track record driving modernization or cloud migration initiatives;
- Hands on familiarity with Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, and Power BI reporting;
- ITIL / PMP / Agile certification is a plus;
- AZ-900 Certificate is desirable;
- Knowledge of ITIL process;
- Knowledge in Agile Methodology;
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Microsoft Power BI) for implementing dashboards, reports, and analytical applications.
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (4x1) in São Paulo-SP.
