  • Reporting to the CEO of Brazil, the HR Manager will be responsible for implementing and professionalizing all functions in the HR area.
  • ****Responsibilities**:- Responsible for leading and managing all Human Resources functions, including Recruitment, Training and development, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Labor relations and Benefits- Act as a strategic partner to the company''s leadership- Ensure HR policies and practices are aligned with organizational goals- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract and retain talent- Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and effective transition- Coordinate training and development programs to promote professional growth of employees- Oversee performance management, including performance evaluations and individual development plans- Maintain positive labor relations and effectively resolve conflicts- Management benefits and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with legal regulations- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR policies that support the company''s strategic objectives- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions- Ensure compliance with labor laws and applicable regulations- Supporting the company''s growth in LATAM operations**Location**:São Paulo, SP**Hybrid Model
