Your responsibilities will include Develop and manage FI projects portfolio and know-how, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals; Collaborate with other plant departments to ensure the integration, success and sustainability of improvement initiatives. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering or related field; Solid experience (minimum 10 years) in managing continuous improvement and focused improvement projects using WCM (World Class Manufacturing) methodology or other related methodologies; Minimum of 5 years in problem solving leadership position; Proven ability to lead and develop teams to solve complex problems in industrial facilities; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with logical and structured thinking; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and engage people at all levels; Fluent in English language. Background in manufacturing processes; Knowledge of statistical tools and data analytics; Experience in application of Agile Methodologies; Project management; Ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects; Budget management; Business Case elaboration and management; Experience with usability and development of solutions using Artificial Intelligence.
