- Lead and inspire a team of commission-based Business Development Managers and SDRs focused on acquiring new Mid Market merchants in Americas.
- Define and execute go-to-market strategies, account prioritization, and territory planning.
- Drive pipeline generation, sales velocity, and team performance in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Personally engage in strategic sales cycles, from outreach to close.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Compliance, Product, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, etc) to craft compelling proposals and overcome complex challenges.
- Develop and track team KPIs, coaching for performance and growth.
- Report regularly on performance, pipeline velocity, and conversion metrics; use Salesforce and analytics tools to drive forecasting accuracy, sales efficiency, and strategic prioritization.
- Own and refine the team's outbound and inbound pipeline strategy, including messaging, outreach sequences, and alignment with the Demand Generation team's activities, such as marketing campaigns.
- Act as the voice of the Americas Large Merchants opportunity, sharing field intelligence with Product, Marketing, and Commercial Leadership.
- A high-energy, go-getter with a passion for solving complex commercial challenges and exceeding targets.
- Comfortable operating in high-stakes negotiations and a fast-moving, sales-driven culture.
- Known for clear, persuasive communication-verbally and in writing.

- Experienced in building scalable sales processes, motivating hunter-style teams, and codifying best practices to ensure repeatable success.
- Highly collaborative and effective at influencing internal stakeholders across the organization to accelerate deals and strategy.
- Experience in a commercial role in the payments industry.
- Experience managing sales or business development teams, ideally including SDRs.
- Experience in high-performance, commission-based sales environments.
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams, drive pipeline generation, and execute go-to-market strategies across target segments.
- Strong understanding of commission-based BD cultures and how to motivate hunter-style teams.
- Strong experience using Salesforce CRM and other analytics tools to manage pipelines, forecast revenue, and drive sales process discipline.
- Ability to translate Salesforce CRM and performance data into actionable strategies and team improvements.
- Experience closing mid-market deals with multiple stakeholders, ideally in payments, SaaS, or fintech.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) required; Spanish is a strong plus.
