Operations Analyst

• Develop dashboards in Power BI or Excel to monitor logistics indicators, promoting real-time visibility of operational performance.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks using tools such as macros, scripts, smart spreadsheets or RPA platforms.
• Design standardized operational flows for operational routines, ensuring clarity in the execution and documentation of processes.
• Conduct a detailed survey of the stages of logistics activities, identifying opportunities for standardization, efficiency and control.
• Monitor and analyze incoming and outgoing shipment data, identifying deviations, operational failures or opportunities for improvement.
• Establish and monitor quality standards in logistics processes, supporting corrective and preventive action plans to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
• - Knowledge of Power BI, Advanced Excel and automation tools - Experience with flowcharts and mapping of logistics processes - Analytical capacity to evaluate operational data (inbound/outbound) - Organization, proactivity and good communication with operational and management areas - Knowledge of quality and logistics performance indicators (KPIs)
