- Innovate on behalf of the customer, build unique delivery solutions by analyzing processes, continuously look for ways to enhance and improve hiring plans to meet increasing talent demand.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, building diverse talent pipelines through creative sourcing approaches.
- Serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, offering deep industry expertise, educating and advocating for Amazon's best-in-class recruitment practices.
- Lead and mentor your team, fostering a culture of excellence, continuous learning, and career growth.
- Leverage data-driven insights, dashboards, and metrics to measure team performance and drive process improvements.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to anticipate future talent needs and develop long-term talent acquisition strategies.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Relevant talent acquisition experience, including utilizing various recruitment tools, databases, and sourcing techniques.
- Direct people leadership experiences, including managing managers.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing talent acquisition strategies for immediate and long-term hiring needs.
- Proficiency in business English.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Experience in high-volume and specialized hiring, combined with the ability to coach teams across multiple channels.
- Experience working in matrixed, growth-oriented organizations.
- Ability to communicate and influence across various levels of stakeholders.
- Proficiency in creating and analyzing recruitment metrics, dashboards, and performance reports.
- Demonstrated success in writing documents.
