- Be the first line of defence for IT issues, managing our service desk like a pro
- Set up and manage user accounts, laptops, and printers
- Administer DNS using GoDaddy and manage Zendesk campaigns
- Support our remote teams with meeting room technology
- Troubleshoot Dynamics 365 and assist with various IT projects
- Learn and master our in-house developed platform
- Some experience as a 1st/2nd line IT Support Analyst
- Expertise in Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune), Active Directory, and Azure AD
- Experience with Apple Remote Desktop, JAMF, and Zendesk administration
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to document your work clearly
- Strong communication skills, including working with non-native English speakers
- A proactive mindset and the ability to identify root causes and propose solutions
- Recent graduates with relevant skills and certifications are encouraged to apply!
- Microsoft and Apple certifications (desirable)
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900) (desirable)
