- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to tickets submitted by clients in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues.
- Assist in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure and technology initiatives.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular system maintenance checks.
- Document technical processes and procedures for future reference and training.
- Train end-users on software applications, hardware, and IT policies.
- Stay updated on advancements in technology to ensure up-to-date support practices.
- Participate in strategic digital transformation projects aimed at improving client service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices for data protection.
- Able to provide professional IT support in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and cloud solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 3 or more years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- Experience working with managed service providers is a plus.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration.
- Experience with customer relationship management tools is an advantage.
