- Manage all local HR activities including onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Brazilian labor laws and internal company policies.
- Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees and leadership in Brazil.
- Coordinate payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with external providers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.
- Support talent acquisition initiatives and liaise with external recruitment agencies when needed.
- Implement and monitor HR procedures, performance review processes, and engagement strategies.
- Advise managers on employee performance, development, and disciplinary matters.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
- Provide regular HR reporting and insights to regional and global stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management roles, ideally within an international or tech-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work independently while aligning with global HR frameworks.
