This data driven role calls for a combination of consumer inspired analytical thinking & interpersonal ability and day to day operations execution. Role Responsibilities:
  • Designing the Service Governance strategy, ensuring quality drives trust and raising potential mitigation plans for critical risks.
  • Building the scope and capabilities from the ground up. Improving the user's value perception by creating and ensuring quality standards.
  • Defining behavior-driven policies using education and control tactics.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation in platform policies.
  • Periodically reviewing policies to ensure compliance with local laws and industry standards.
Role Qualifications:
  • Advanced English;
  • Strong problem-solving skills;
  • Skilled in data analytics and experience in data-driven decision making;
  • Master Excel business analytics;
  • Hands-on approach with bias to action;
  • Independent and strong critical thinking;
  • Mission-driven entrepreneurship and strong team spirit.
