- Own commercial and bottler communication serving as the marketing expert. Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure consistency across programming, assigned accounts and regions. Leverage retailer and brand strategies to new product launches, exclusive items, product re-launches, sampling programs, summer, winter programs, reattainment, price promotions and custom consumer promotions.
- Assist in the development of annual business plans using category, shopper, and retailer specific data. Identify areas of opportunity, providing market insights, performance data metrics, strategic brands portfolios, translating national brand strategies, marketing plans and insights into actionable customer marketing plans and sales strategies for each sales channel with proper budget control.
- Ensure all branding and logo use is in line with brand standards at all POS materials and in store-activations. Work with graphics team and agencies to develop impactful visuals to support programming needs and secure timely printing and shipping with internal POS procurement prior to in-market launches where applicable.
- Lead consumer promotions, timely managing full process - planning, agency management, T&Cs (Terms and Conditions), prizes, fulfillment creative process, printing etc. Report post-promotional performance delivering actionable conclusions to optimize future programs with respect to KPIs (key performance indicators) and ROI (return on investment).
- Participate in regular shopper marketing and sales team meetings, conference calls providing strong leadership to shopper behavior-based decision making, adding value to current customer, shopper marketing processes.
- Drive successful eCommerce joint business planning and national programs to retailers in collaboration with digital team, sales and bottlers to drive growth across a variety of digitally enabled purchasing platforms including tactics as loyalty, digital offers, shopper media, etc.
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or another related field.
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in Traditional and omni Shopper Marketing, Key
- Account Sales, Wholesalers, Distributors, Field Marketing and Brand Management in the beverage, packaged goods industry.
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in Beverage market distribution system developing eCommerce plans
- Computer Skills Desired: Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
