
Sales Operation Manager

- Analytics: Use internal and external data to understand the fuel market and bring insights from our operation;
- Innovation: to be extremely active in chasing opportunities and to be;
- Target Setting: Understand business needs and goals. Translate it into target to sales team;
- Interpersonal relationship: Be close to sales team, handle day to day interactions and have a continuous improvement mindset;
- Results monitoring and reporting.
- Creating and monitoring KPIs to see the business's evolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Business Administration or similar field.
- 5+ years of experience doing business analysis and managing projects across business;
- Ability to create measurable goals, break down into actions with proper accountable;
- Demonstrated ability to earn trust, effectively communicate, and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and senior leadership;
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, and a data-driven analytical approach;
- Exceptional skills in problem solving, analytical thinking and communication;
- Demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and projects at your organization;
- Good level of English;
- Advanced knowledge in MS Excel and intermediate of SQL;
- Previous experience in commercial planning will be a plus
