
Latin America Accounts Payable Manager

- Managing the accounts payable, making sure documentation is recorded in timely manner for payment.
- Controlling proper and completeness reception of supplier invoices by implementing new procedures and policies.
- Maintaining the accounts payable ledger.
- Reception and booking of intercompany supplier invoices and reconciliation across Rina Group.
- Booking intercompany related taxes.
- Support the team to record high volume of supplier invoices in the accounting system.
- Making sure all invoices are recorded accurately and with the correct withholding taxes.
- Control recurring expenses, looking for necessary expense accruals.
- Reconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve any payment issues or discrepancies.
- Assist with other accounting duties.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting.
- Good knowledge of accounts payable, and general ledger.
- Experience with tax withholdings regulations will be a plus.
- Advanced English.

- Office located in Centro (RJ).
- Hybrid work regime (after first month 100% on site).
