  • Develop new business in Brazil’s steel and metals sector.
  • Build relationships with steel plants, aluminum smelters, and industrial clients.
  • Prospect, pitch, and represent the client as a trusted supplier.
  • Travel to client sites and industry hubs (Rio, São Paulo, other industrial centers).
  • Manage pipeline via HubSpot CRM and Excel.
  • Collaborate remotely with Mexico/U.S. teams, plus in-person integration in Mexico and possibly the U.S.
HARD SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Sales experience in metallurgy/steel/mining/industrial markets.
  • Deep process knowledge (steel/aluminum/stainless) to support credibility in technical discussions.
  • Fluent Portuguese (native), fluent English (essential).
  • Spanish is a plus.
  • CRM: HubSpot + Excel proficiency.
  • Must have laptop, webcam, reliable internet (initially provide own equipment).
  • Valid passport and ability to travel internationally (Mexico and U.S.) — required.
SOFT SKILLS REQUIRED
  • Mature, independent, and trustworthy.
  • Persuasive communicator, relationship-builder.
  • Self-starter, proactive in lead generation.
  • Flexible and adaptable, willing to travel.
  • Able to represent the company as a sole operator in Brazil.
LOCATION & ACCENT PREFERENCE
  • Must reside in Brazil (preferably Rio, São Paulo, or industrial hubs).
  • Portuguese: native.
  • English: fluent.
  • Spanish: beneficial, not required.
CLIENT EXPECTATIONS & STYLE
  • Candidate will be sole company representative in Brazil.
  • Initially travel to Mexico (Nov 2025) for onboarding with the leadership team.
  • Possible later travel to U.S. HQ.
  • Client values maturity (late 30s–40s ideal).
  • Hands-on at start; expects recruiter to manage the full process.
