Your responsibilities will include Manage existing technology contracts (global and regional) for D2C operations Manage incident response and problem resolution Ensure compliance with SLAs and operational metrics Coordinate activities to maintain day-to-day technology stability Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related fields Fluent English (communication with global teams) Solid knowledge of system monitoring and performance metrics Experience in technology contract, costs and vendor management Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM best practices Experience in incident management and problem resolution Leadership and team management skills Previous experience with ERP systems and integrations (mainly SAP) Previous experience in global/multinational environment Knowledge of ecommerce operations Experience with monitoring and observability tools Knowledge of cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP) Experience with VTEX platform
