- Interacts with customers to identify needs and determine appropriate action or escalate for further review.
- Provide quotes, process sales order, document customer complaints, and respond to customer service needs, including shipment, billing and warranty issues, and basic product inquiries.
- Interacts with sales, technical and logistics team.
- Strong understanding Computer Administrative Tools (Windows, MS Office).
- Language skills: fluent in Portuguese and Spanish / Intermediate English
- Bachelor´s Degree in related areas.
- 2+ years of customer service.
